Chen Guanghua is suspected of sexually assaulting the pupils of Xiaoluo Village Primary School in Xishui County, Guizhou Province from April, 2014 to May, 2015, according to the local publicity department.
Police said Chen, arrested in July, used money to lure the girls to crop-fields and forests to commit sex crimes.
The case has been transferred to the People's Procuratorate of Zunyi City, which administers Xishui County, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
The local government has provided medical treatment and psychological intervention for the victims.
