Man falls to death while trying to escape angry neighbours

A 33-year-old man died after he reportedly fell off a pipe while trying to flee from the fifth floor of a building in an attempt to escape angry neighbours of a housing complex here, police said today.
The incident occurred last night when a group of people, who visited their friend's apartment in the housing complex, were allegedly making loud noises and the residents protested, they said.
Pintu Ghosh attempted to escape from the 5th floor by climbing down a sewage pipe, but fell and suffered critical injuries, police said.
He was rushed to MGM Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead, they said, adding, police have detained two youths to know the reason of their visit to friend's apartment.
