Man found dead

Amethi Kala village under Thawe police station area in Bihar's Gopalganj district, a police officer said.

The deceased was identified as Shankar Mushar (28), Thawe police station's Officer In-Charge Mahendra Kumar said.

A case of unnatural death has been registered and the body sent for post-mortem to ascertain the cause of Mushar's death, he said.

An investigation was going on in this connection even as the family members of the deceased person claimed that he might have died due to overdose of liqour consumption, Kumar said.
