The accused K Balaiah Balu bore grudge against his former classmate for refusing to help him in pursuing his love affair with her friend who had spurned his proposal, the Cyber Crime police said.
Balu, traced his classmate's account on a social networking site and downloaded pictures from her profile. He created another profile and posted her photos there along with abusive and vulgar comments.
Later, he also sent threatening messages to her, police said.
