Feroz Khan and his partner Suman were arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of Khan's wife Haleema, whose body was found from Gali number 5 of J&K Block of Laxmi Nagar on July 27, DCP (East) Rishi Pal said.
The duo had allegedly killed Haleema in a fit of rage after she had a fight with them, and kept the body in a bedbox for two days, before disposing it, police said.
Haleema objected to her husband's relationship and visited his rented accommodation where she had a fight with Suman during which she was allegedly killed by the duo, said the officer.
