Dhujendra Singh (50) was going on his tractor this morning when the vehicle was hit by the bus on the Etawah road, they said, adding Singh died on the spot.
After the incident, an irate mob gathered on the road and broke window panes of the bus, they said.
The bus driver fled from the scene, police said, adding a man hunt is on to nab him.
