The incident took place in Wangani yesterday when accused Ram Wagh attacked Machindra Ingle (50) with a huge stone for creating nuisance after consuming alcohol, API Dhananjay Pote of the Kulgaon police station told PTI.
Wagh was charged under section 302 of the IPC and arrested.
