Raj Bahadur of Shekhpur-Mohiuddinpur village under Bazar Shukul police station here was allegedly beaten to death by his brother, they said.
SHO Jagdishpur said that police have lodged a named report against Tej Bahadur, his son Ram Sajivan and wife Saroj on the complaint of the deceased's son, Ram Sunder.
A land dispute between both parties is undergoing, he said, adding no arrest has been made so far.
