Marimuttu Konar was found murdered this morning in his house at Saibaba Nagar, Inspector Kalyangi Gete of Kolsewadi Police Station said.
Later in the day, police arrested his sons Shanmugam, Satyavenkat, and daughter-in-law Bhagyashri for the murder, he said.
Police said the trio was annoyed with Konar as he had lost Rs 15 lakh in gambling and did not care for the family.
