Ramesh Paswan was killed with sharp-edged weapons by Chandradeep in Garhwar area in May 2011. The victim died during the treatment, prosecution said.
On the basis of evidences, Additional Session Judge R M Sharma yesterday held Chandradeep guilty and also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on him.
