In November 2002 a person named Sunil was killed in Kotwali area and later his body was recovered in Sahraspali village after which an FIR was lodged against Sanjay Gaur and Akash, a minor then, prosecution sources said here.
Additional Sessions Judge Kishore Kumar yesterday held Sanjay guilty and pronounced the sentence, they said.
Akash's case is pending in the juvenile justice board, they said.
