The victim has been identified as Sunny who is recuperating hospital.
Police said the incident took place when Sunny was on a service road near Inderlok Metro station and as per initial investigation, it appears that he was shot at over some monetary dispute.
"Sunny told the police that one Tinka and Anand shot at him and then fled from the spot. Sunny suffered bullet injuries on his lef and was taken to a nearby hospital where he is recuperating", said a senior police officer.
