A two-wheeler repair shop owner was shot at near Jyoti Nagar area here today due to an old enmity, police said.
Islam was at his shop near JP underpass when some bike-borne men came and opened fire at him, the police said.
He was rushed to SMS government hospital where his condition was stated out of danger.
One of the accused has been identified as Farid and being searched, the police said, adding, the incident is connected to an old enmity.
