Man shot at, injured in S Delhi

A 27-year-old man sustained a bullet injury after allegedly being shot at by an unidentified person at a park in south Delhi's Malviya Nagar area, police said today.
The injured person, identified as Lalit Singh, who is a businessman, resides with his family Sarvodaya Enclave area, said police.
Singh told the police that around 11 PM yesterday he rushed out of his house and went to the park after hearing gunshots. Suddenly, an unidentified person allegedly shot him in the leg and fled, said police.
The police was informed and Singh was rushed to a nearby hospital. The police have registered a case and are questioning locals to ascertain the identity of the accused.
CCTV grabs from nearby premises have been collected and a probe is underway, police added.
