Raju escaped after the incident on Tuesday along with two of his relatives who have also been named as accused in the FIR registered by the victim Jyoti's father.
The family of the woman, whose body was found locked in a box, claimed there were injuries on her.
Police said they are searching for the husband as well as his uncle Ram Avtar and aunt Nathu Devi.
