Mandy Moore, Ryan Adams confirm divorce

Actress Mandy Moore and estranged husband Ryan Adams have finally agreed to settle their divorce more than a year after they announced their split.
The 32-year-old actress and Adams, 41, announced their separation last January stating irreconcilable differences as the reason.
According to the court papers, neither Moore nor Adams will pay spousal support. Also they confirmed their individual publishing rights for any music created during their nearly six-year marriage, reported Aceshowbiz.
While "A Walk to Remember" actress will be keeping a condo in Griffith Park, Beverly Hills and a 2012 Prius, the "Come Pick Me Up," singer will get a hold over his comic book collection, some pinball machines, a 2008 Porsche Carrera and a 59 Cadillac. He also gets bank accounts.

However, Adams will have to pay Moore USD 425,000 cash, since the possessions he is getting are worth more than what the actress is receiving.
Moore is currently dating Dawes guitarist Taylor Goldsmith and Adams is involved with model Megan Butterworth.
