There was no significant change in maximum temperatures which stayed three to four degrees Celsius below normal.
Keylong and Kalpa in tribal Lahaul and Spiti and Kinnaur districts and key tourist destination of Manali recorded minimum temperatures at minus 0.6 degree, 1.0 degree and 4.0 degrees Celsius.
Shimla and Solan recorded a low of 8.4 degrees Celsius, followed by Sundernagar 9.7, Bhuntar 10.0, Dharamsala 11.8, Palampur and Una 12.5 and Nahan 16.5 degrees Celsius.
Una was the hottest in the region with a maximum temperature of 33.0 degrees Celsius.
A medium avalanche threat loomed large over tribal areas and higher hills as rise in temperature in days to come could trigger glacier movement.
The local MeT office has predicted dry weather in the region over the next six days.
