The "Suicide Squad" star is in talks to lend her voice to the upcoming live-action and CG adaptation of Beatrix Potter's beloved children's book, said The Hollywood Reporter.
Details of her role are being kept under wraps.
Produced by Sony's Columbia Pictures, the movie is a modern interpretation of Potter's stories, which focus on the titular bunny's rivalry with vegetable-loving farmer Mr McGregor.
It was recently announced that James Corden would voice Peter and Rose Byrne will play a live-action character named Bea, while Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki will be lending their voices to unspecified roles. Domhnall Gleeson is also on board as Mr McGregor.
