Mariah Carey gets emotional during performance

Pop dive Mariah Carey got emotional during her first of six holiday concerts.
The songstress took to the stage in a bejewelled red gown, where she sang her holiday hits including 'All I Want for Christmas' and 'Here Comes Santa Claus', reported Us magazine.
At one point, Carey, 44, unexpectedly lost a shoe but continued singing as she clutched her heel in one hand and a gold microphone in the other.
The most poignant moment from the show, entitled 'All I Want for Christmas Is You: A Night of Joy and Festivity', was when the mother of two sang her trademark 1993 ballad 'Hero'.

Carey powerfully delivered the hit, until tears started streaming from her face.
