"The company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, inter-alia, has considered and approved the declaration of the third interim dividend of Re 1 per equity share of Rs 1 each being 100% on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs 129.02 crore for the financial year 2015-16," Marico said in a BSE filing.
Earlier the company also declared first interim dividend of Rs 1.75 per equity share and second interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share for the financial year 2015-16.
Shares of Marico were trading at Rs 238.55, down 0.08%, from previous close on BSE.
