Gautam Sharma has been arrested on charges of murdering Abid, SSP H N Singh said, adding that a pistol and a scooter have been recovered from him.
One more accused, Ankit Baliyan, is absconding, he said. A search is on to nab him.
Abid was shot dead by two motorcycle-borne miscreants October 9 on Pachenda road here when the victim was returning from his hair-dressing shop.
