The gang members were allegedly involved in the murder of a truck driver on national highway number 7 near Pandharkawda, on March 17 this year during a robbery bid.
The accused are identified as Sheikh Sajid Sheikh Abdul Gaffar (35), Sheikh Farooque Sheikh Haroon (28), Anil Suresh Jadhav, Mahindra Kawdu Tupat and Naresh Vijay Khawle, police said.
Jadhav and Tupat were arrested by the police under various sections of IPC, including murder, whereas three others are absconding.
