MDA govt giving importance to priority areas: Conrad Sangma

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma Wednesday said the Meghalaya Democratic Alliance (MDA) government were giving importance to the priority areas as agreed upon by all the allies.

Sangma whose government would complete six months in office Thursday said "We have started a lot of things in the last six months. We have given more or less good direction to the priority areas that are important to us and the policies have been shaped up in those lines."
On the Common Minimum Programme, the chief minister said, "We have circulated the draft and a committee has been formed with all the coalition partners."
