Disciplinary proceeding has been ordered against N C Prajapati and Commissioner Agra has been appointed as the inquiry officer, an official spokesman said here.
Prajapati is currently posted as principal of Jalaun medical college.
Yesterday, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav had conducted a surprise inspection of Agra medical college during which he also inspected Trauma Centre in emergency department.
Yadav found operation theatre ins shambles.
The CM had directed to fix responsibility and take stern action against those responsible.
Professor of Kanpur Medical College, Suresh Chandra Gupta, has been given additional charge of principal of Jalaun Medical College.
