This is in the wake of twin challenges of adopting new technologies for manufacturing firms namely, big initial investment and scarcity of skilled manpower to handle automation, local chapter of CII, the organisors, said in a press release today.
With the theme 'Automation for Profitability' will seek to address key topics like automation for Higher Productivity and Flexibility, Quality in Automation, Material Handling and Advanced Technology in Automation, it said.
Speakers include those from companies like Rockwell Automation, Beckhoff India, Siemens Ltd, Ace Robert Bosch, ABB India, Bastian Solutions, Arkkays, Gudel India, Fanuc India, Hirotec India, the release said.
The conference will also have an exposition displaying various products and services of select companies from the industry, it said.
