The 169-room and 580-bed hotel is expected to open ain mid 2019, the company said in a release issued here.
This is the fourth joint hotel deal of MEININGER and Fonciere des Regions.
Three further joint projects in Munich, Paris and Milan are currently under development.

Lyon is a popular travel destination, furthermore it is France's second most popular business hub. This means the city attracts city tourist and business traveller alike," MEININGER Hotels CEO Hannes Spanring said.
The company is a subsidiary of Holidaybreak, a travel group specialising in educational and activity holidays.
Holidaybreak is a subsidiary of Prometheon Holdings (UK), which is a part of Cox and Kings.
