The incident occurred last evening and a case was registered after the victim's mother lodged a complaint, Thane Police PRO Gajanan Kabdule said.
According to the complaint with Shil-Daighar police, the girl was lured by the accused and was taken to an isolated spot where she was raped.
The victim is said to have suffered serious injuries in her private parts and had to be sutured.
The police officer said it was extremely difficult to get details from her about the incident as she only understands sign language.
Police have booked the absconding accused under Section 376 (2) (i)(l) of the IPC and also section 4,8 and 12 of the POCSO Act 2012.
