At the Multi Commodity Exchange, mentha oil for delivery in this month fell Rs 2.20, or 0.25 per cent, to Rs 866.90 per kg, with a business volume of 75 lots.
Also, mentha oil for June delivery eased by Rs 1.60, or 0.18 per cent, to Rs 867.60 per kg, with a business turnover of 153 lots.
The fall in mentha oil prices at futures trade was mostly due to profit-booking by speculators and weak trend at spot market on subdued demand, marketmen said.
