The mercury rose to 41 degrees Celsius at Una in the lower hills while Shimla recorded a high of 27.5 degrees Celsius.
Manali registered a high of 26 degrees Celsius, while the mercury touched 35.8 degrees Celsius at Sundernagar, 34.8 degrees in Bhuntar and 33.5 degrees Celsius at Solan.
Shimla registered minimum temperature of 18.3 degrees Celsius. In Nahan, the minimum temperature was 21.4 degrees Celsius, followed by Una 18.4 degree Celsius, Sundernagar 16.3 degrees Celsius and Solan 16 degrees Celsius.
