Patna recorded 6 mm rain since Sunday evening, Bhagalpur 6.3 mm rain and Purnea 23.7 mm, the met office bulletin said.
Notwithstanding the drizzle, maximum temperature rose to 37.4 degree celsius in Patna today against 33.6 degree celsius. Mimimum temperature in the capital was 21 degree celsius.
In the temple town of Gaya, the mercury rose to 41.1 degree celsius today as compared to 39.1 degree celsius yesterday.
Bhagalpur and Purnea recorded maximum temperature of 36.7 and 33.5 degree celsius respectively.
