Mettur water level 55.89 ft

Water level in the Mettur Dam
today stood at 55.89 feet against the maximum level of 120 feet.
Inflow into the dam was 271 cusecs while the outflow 6,000 cusecs, PWD officials said.
Storage was 21.722 tmc as against the capacity of 93.4 tmc.
