Strong velocity winds lashed the region, causing marginal drop in day temperatures while the MeT office warned of thunderstorm accompanied by hail in the lower and mid hills tomorrow.
It has also predicted thunderstorm and rains in lower and mid hills, and rains or snow in the mid and higher hills on March 4, 5, 8 and 9 and dry weather in the region on March 6 and 7.
The higher reaches saw another spell of mild snowfall while mid and lower hills had light scattered rains.
Keylong recorded its maximum at 4 degrees Celsius while Kalpa, Dharamsala and Shimla recorded a high of 12, 14.8 and 15.9 degrees Celsius respectively.
Keylong was coldest during the night with minimum temperature at minus 1 degrees Celsius while Kalpa and Manali recorded a low of 1.4 degree and 4.0 degree, respectively.
