A joint team of police and 17 Rashtriya Rifle (RR) today carried out a search operation in Chhechha forests of Kishtwar district and busted a hideout used by terrorists in the past and recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition, police said.
The recoveries included one AK-47 rifle with one magazine and 48 rounds, one pistol, one 12 bore rifle, four hand grenades, seven UBGL grenades, one RPG rocket, one wireless set, one binocular, 15 rounds of .303 rifle, one US made jacket and four letter pads of Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT), they said.
