Dharminder (22), a resident of Kot village, fell on the road after being hit by tractor near Kot bridge on GT road, police said.
He was killed on the spot.
After the accident, villagers reached the site and blocked the GT road for few hours and demanded the arrest of driver, they said.
A case has been registered and police is investigating the matter, police added.
