Minor arrested for raping mentally ill girl

A 16-year old boy has been arrested for allegedly raping a 21-year-old mentally deranged girl living in his neighbourhood here, police said today.
The incident happened at Divar Island locality when the girl was alone at her house yesterday, they said.
Following the incident, the boy was arrested by Old Goa police station and later sent to a juvenile remand home.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia expressed sorrow over the suicide by the girl and said a magisterial probe has been ordered into it.
"Suicide by the girl in Khayala is a sad incident. I have directed a magisterial probe into the cirucmstances(leading to it)," Sisodia said in a tweet.
