The incident took place yesterday evening when the minor girl was playing outside her house. An unidentified person lured her with toffees, took her to a secluded place and raped her, they said.
The accused left the girl at the spot, a stone's throw away from Ashiyana police station. The passersby saw her and informed the family members, police said.
An FIR has been registered in the case, they added.
