Minor raped and murdered, accused arrested

An eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped and murdered in Bithrichainpur here by a youth who was arrested today, police
said.
Pravesh Kumar (18) has confessed to the crime, police said.
Kumar abducted the girl on Monday and after raping her, slit her throat. The body was found buried in Bithrichainpur area, they added.
