Mirage Ceramics gets Rs 100 cr investment from Mulk Holdings

Vitrified tiles maker Mirage Ceramics has received an investment of Rs 100 crore from Middle East based business conglomerate Mulk Holdings in exchange for equity in the company.
The funding would help Mirage Ceramics in penetrating inside the hinterland markets with its affordable range of tiling solutions to the masses.
Mulk Holdings has interests in diversified field which includes metal composites manufacturing, interior and exterior design & fit outs, plastic industries, power generation, aluminium coil coatings, Healthcare, Real Estate.

DHFL Pramerica Life to sell dengue shield via chatbot * Private sector life insurer DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance (DPLI) has launched a 24x7 chatbot on facebook messenger to assist customers buy dengue cover.
DHFL Pramerica Dengue Shield is a traditional fixed benefit individual health insurance plan, the company said.
The company said it is the first life insurer in India to engage bot technology to sell policies. Under the programme, 'RIA' will act as a touch point between customers and the company. The policy can be bought online without any documents and cover dengue hospitalisation expenses.
"Our strategy is to focus on technology and digital platforms to deliver seamless customer experience across all our distribution and customer touch points. RIA is a differentiated solution which will ensure seamless engagement through new age platforms for DHFL Pramerica Dengue Shield related services," DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Managing Director and CEO Anoop Pabby said.

Hometech Digital announces 100th service centre in India * Hometech Digital, which has got the brand licence for the Japanese brand Akai, has announced opening of its 100th servicing center in India.
To further amplify its presence in the country, it said that it is going to increase its focus for the next two years on marketing, distribution and after-sales service network.
