Navin Kumar was a BCA student and went missing yesterday.
It is suspected that he had committed suicide by jumping in front of the train, police said.
However, his family has alleged that he was murdered.
"The family members ara saying that he was killed by some miscreants and his body was thrown at the track in a bid to make it look like a suicide," said SHO Kishan Kumar.
His body has been sent for post-mortem and an investigation is on, he said.
