Mandeep Singh Kular, who had gone missing on March 31, was spotted at Kashmiri Gate in Delhi last evening, Sukhdev Singh Brar, DSP Faridkot and Investigation Officer said.
The reasons for the disappearance of the advocate would be known after quizzing him, Brar said.
According to a complaint, Kular's missing report was lodged by his father alleging that his son had gone missing under mysterious circumstances from his lawyers' chamber and his car was found parked in the court premises.
His mobile phone was also found switched off, the complaint added.
