However, Deputy Speaker Nazir Ahmed Gurezi later revoked his order and allowed him come back to house with a direction not to disrupt the house again.
The MLA had raised ruckus in the house in protest over detention of an 86-year-old man and a 14-year-old minor boy under the Public Safety Act (PSA) by police and sought a reply from the government.
Later while giving reply in the house, parliamentary affairs minister Abdul Rahman Veeri said that as per the SSP and DC the boy is not minor.
One this, MLA continued to create noisy scenes and uproar amid rucks and Deputy Speaker Gurezi, who was in the chair in absence of Speaker Kavinder Gupta ordered marshaling of Rasheed from the house and also his suspension from the session for two days.
Rasheed told reporters later that government is trying to muzzle his voice and that is why he was removed from the house.
