Chhagan Bhujbal and his nephew Sameer were arrested by ED in these cases last year and are now in judicial custody.
"Pankaj surrendered before the court and was released on a (bail) bond with surety of Rs two lakh," said his lawyer Shalabh Saxena.
Earlier, Pankaj had moved the high court seeking pre-arrest bail, but later he withdrew it giving an assurance to the court that he will surrender before the special court for Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) cases.
ED arrested NCP leader and former state PWD minister Chhagan Bhujbal on March 14, 2016 in a case related to alleged irregularities in the contract for construction of Maharashtra Sadan, the state guest-house in Delhi built at the cost of Rs 100 crore, and alleged payment of kickbacks to him.
Chhagan Bhujbal is also accused of receiving kickbacks in the contract for state central library on Kalina campus of Mumbai University.
