Activist lawyer and Swaraj Abhiyan leader Prashant Bhushan today termed the two years of Narendra Modi government as a regime "hostile to the culture of thought and debate".
He said that Modi has still not appointed Lokpal and disabled the whistle blower law.
"That's why you haven't appointed Lokpal, appointed corrupt CVC, disabled Whistle-blower law, starved MNREGA, disabled FRA?
"Is there anything to celebrate? There was never a regime so hostile to the culture of thought & debate:2 yrs of Modi," Bhushan tweeted.
