The President has summoned the Rajya Sabha to meet on July 17 (Monday). "Subject to exigencies of business, the session is scheduled to conclude on Friday (August 11)," it said in a statement.
The government had earlier sent a recommendation to the President for holding the next session of Parliament during this period.
