"The minister is promoting groupism in the party...What he did in Bihar to the party he is trying to do the same in Uttar Pradesh," Kushwaha told newspersons here last night.
The MP also alleged that the MoS for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises did not visit his constituency despite his several requests but went there yesterday, in Sikanderpur, without taking him into confidence.
"When I came to know of the minister's visit, I tried to contact him on phone but he didn't pick it up," Kushwaha said.
It was the duty of the organisation to inform the MP of the visit, he said.
