The Ministry of Urban development placed before the bench of justices Pradeep Nandrajog and Pratibha Rani a one-page communication sent by the Deputy Land and Development officer to Central Public Works Department (CPWD)intimating it about allocation of 7.765 acres of land for the construction of the High Court.
The bench was irked over the one-page communication before it and asked the Centre to file a proper affidavit in pursuance to the compliance of the earlier order.
It also referred that the area of the mosque was excluded from 7.765 acres allocated for the construction of the High Court building.
The bench re-notified the matter for further hearing on May 28.
