Motilal Oswal names Karun Marwah director of international biz

Motilal Oswal Financial Services today said it has appointed Karun Marwah as director and head of its international business.
Marwah was previously with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company as head of international business and was responsible for expanding the firm's global presence, a statement said.
He was instrumental in formulating strategic partnerships with asset managers and investors in Europe, Middle East, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as building out a series of Indian offshore fund structures in key geographies.
Motilal Oswal's services and product offerings include wealth management, retail broking and distribution, institutional broking, asset management, investment banking, private equity, commodity broking and principal strategies.
