MP: Digvijay, Prabhat Jha, Jatiya elected to Rajya Sabha

Since nobody else filed nominations, the three were declared elected unopposed

Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh, BJP vice-president Prabhat Jha and senior BJP leader Satya Narayan Jatiya were today declared elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha in the biennial elections for the Upper House from Madhya Pradesh.

The announcement was made by Returning Officer and the Assembly's Principal Secretary Rajkumar Pandey on the last day of withdrawal of nominations.

Since nobody else filed nominations, the three were declared elected unopposed.
