Singer Charli XCX thinks her new album could "change the sound" of pop music.
The 23-year-old "Break The Rules" hitmaker is gearing up for the release of her third LP and is pleased with its progress, reported Femalefirst.
"This album could change the sound of pop music. It's the album I've been trying to make forever. And now I've done it," she said.
Meanwhile, the singer previously revealed she wants her music to help her leave a "legacy" behind.
"I have a business mind, I have a real drive - I want to have an empire. I want to have more of a legacy, and I think just because I wear what I wear, and am a pop star, doesn't mean I can't have that ... Power gets me off. I always want more than I have.
