Lalmawia, hailing from Rihkhawdar in Myanmar, was arrested for smuggling in the contraband from the neighbouring country, department spokesperson Peter Zohmingthanga said.
The heroin, worth Rs 3.69 lakh, had been smuggled in for sale in Aizawl, the spokesperson said.
